Doug Piercy has six years of sales and roofing experience. He started his career focused on delivery excellent customer service at Chic-Fil-A and then transitioned into sales in welding, personal protective equipment and roofing services. 

He is passionate about roofing and committed to cultivating meaningful client relationships, growing his team in Lexington and ensuring superior customer experience.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Piercy enjoys spending time on his farm with his wife, Calle, and their two sons, Denver and Boone. The family also enjoys hiking excursions in the Red River Gorge.
